Hello! I'm Katie, and welcome to my website. I'm glad you're here! I am a Certified Personal Trainer, STOTT Pilates instructor, and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) in McCook, Nebraska.
I am currently teaching reformer Pilates to private clients and small groups. I also have a group yoga class at McCook Community College on Thursday nights. I'm always doing my best to grow my studio, so sign up for my email list to stay up to date!
My studio is the only place to do Pilates in Southwest Nebraska, Northwest Kansas, and Northeast Colorado. Because what I do is unique in this area, a lot of people have questions. I am honored to be back in my hometown sharing something I love with the community I grew up in. I'm passionate about making McCook the greatest place in the world to live- and to me that has to include yoga and Pilates!
